Carmen del Mastro Athlete Ambassador Spotlight

Carmen del Mastro is one of our Primitiv Performance Athletes, who is a sports performance specialist based out of Chicago (by way of Philly) who has dedicated his career to fitness and training elite athletes to be their best selves.  He currently trains elite and pro-level athletes out of the Bracey Performance center.  He discovered his passion for strength and conditioning following his D1 baseball career at Temple University.  

Unfortunately, Carmen suffered a number of injuries that prevented him from pursuing pro baseball but also helped him find his current career in training others.
